Is this real stained glass?
This suncatcher features a stained glass-inspired printed design made from flexible glass. It is not a traditional handcrafted stained-glass piece.
Is the design printed on one side or both sides?
The personalized design is printed on one side only.
Where should I hang the suncatcher?
For the best visual effect, hang it near a window or another area with natural light. It can also be displayed in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, or other indoor spaces.
Will it create rainbow reflections around the room?
This product is designed to look beautiful when illuminated by natural light, but the visual effect may vary depending on the design, lighting, window position, and surrounding environment.
Can I hang it outdoors?
We recommend displaying the suncatcher indoors or in a protected area. Prolonged exposure to harsh weather, moisture, or strong direct sunlight may affect the printed design over time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 4 hours after placing your order. After that, your order may have already entered production and changes may not be possible.

The finished suncatcher matched the preview perfectly. It catches the light beautifully and made such a lovely Christmas present.
Bought this as an anniversary gift, and it was a huge hit. The colors look especially beautiful when the afternoon sun comes through.
The personalization is clear and carefully done. I love the little patches of color it creates near the window and plan to order more for my family.
I ordered this for my grandma, and she immediately hung it in her kitchen window. Her names were all correct, and she absolutely adored it.
Everything turned out exactly as requested, right down to the smallest detail. It was packaged safely and looks gorgeous in the sunlight.
